This deposit is refundable if Old Red Pet Taxi is unable to fulfill its obligation to deliver your pet. It is also refundable if both the buyer and seller notify Old Red Pet Taxi at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup that the sale has been voided.

Refunds will be issued to the customer, minus a small fee for our time, only if Old Red Pet Taxi is unable to fulfill its obligation.

We provide food and water for all animals, and all manageable animals are exercised every 6–8 hours while on the road. Soiled pet carriers are cleaned as soon as soiling is detected, and no carrier remains dirty for more than two hours. We check for soiled carriers at fuel stops and personal rest stops.

When provided, we use the seller’s kennel food; otherwise, we use our own trusted brands.
